Two Physicians.
One Vision. Twenty Years.
PranaVeda Ayurveda was founded on a simple conviction — that genuine healing requires treating the whole person, not just the disease. For over twenty years, we have practiced that conviction in Erandawane, Pune, and carried it to classrooms across Europe.
Where Classical Knowledge Meets Modern Life
PranaVeda Ayurveda has been a part of the Erandawane community for over two decades. What began as a clinical practice rooted in classical Ayurveda has evolved into something more integrative — a space where ancient medicine, therapeutic Yoga, and evidence-based psychology work in concert.
The name PranaVeda carries the intention of the practice — Prāṇa, the vital life force that animates all living beings, and Veda, the knowledge that helps us understand and support it. Together they describe what we do: working with life itself, using knowledge that has been refined over millennia.
We have never believed that healing is one-dimensional. A patient presenting with chronic anxiety may also have digestive imbalance, poor sleep, and a constitutional Vāta dominance. Addressing only one of these misses the whole picture. At PranaVeda, we see the whole picture — and build treatment plans accordingly.
Our work in Europe, teaching at institutions across France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Israel, and Spain, has deepened our practice by bringing us into dialogue with healers from different traditions. It has also confirmed what we already believed — that the classical Ayurvedic framework holds answers that the modern world is only beginning to rediscover.

Ayurveda is not an alternative system — it is a complete science of life. My work is to make that science accessible and applicable to people living in the modern world.

As Head of the Department of Agadtantra (Forensic Medicine and Toxicology) at Tilak Ayurveda Mahāvidyālaya, Pune, he teaches and supervises postgraduate research while maintaining a full clinical practice. Clinical Specialisations
The body has an extraordinary capacity to heal when you give it the right conditions. Ayurveda and Yoga together create those conditions — one through medicine, the other through movement and breath.
Our Approach
Three disciplines, one patient, one integrated plan. This is what makes PranaVeda different from any other clinic in Pune.
Classical First
Every treatment at PranaVeda begins with classical Ayurvedic diagnosis — Prakṛti assessment, Nāḍī Parīkṣā, Doṣa analysis. We do not adapt Ayurveda to fit modern assumptions. We apply it as it was designed — individually, constitutionally, seasonally.
Evidence-Informed
We integrate modern medical understanding where it adds clarity. Lab reports, imaging, and functional medicine markers are read alongside classical clinical findings. Our clinical decisions are informed by both — never one at the exclusion of the other.
Whole-Person
Physical symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Chronic pain has a psychological dimension. Anxiety has a somatic expression. Our ability to address both — through Panchakarma and through ACT coaching — means patients receive care that treats the entire system, not just the presenting complaint.
Ayurveda & Panchakarma
Constitutional diagnosis, Doṣa-balancing medicines, and physician-supervised Panchakarma procedures — the clinical foundation of every treatment plan.
Iyengar Yoga Therapy
Precision therapeutic Yoga integrated into the treatment plan — not as an add-on, but as a prescribed clinical tool selected according to constitution and condition.
ACT Mind-Body Coaching
Evidence-based psychological coaching that addresses the thought patterns and behaviours that perpetuate physical and emotional conditions — available as standalone or integrated care.
Academic & Clinical Affiliations
Our clinical credibility is anchored in formal institutional affiliations that represent decades of academic and professional commitment.
